By accessing or using dramXchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

dramXchange provides a marketplace for the acquisition and trading of whisky casks. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts & KYC

Users must register and provide accurate information. Due to the regulated nature of alcohol investment, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required for certain transaction thresholds.

4. Risk Disclosure

Investment in whisky casks involves risks, including market volatility, storage risks, and liquidity constraints. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Fees and Payments

We charge transaction fees on sales. All payments are processed securely via Stripe (fiat) or Thirdweb (crypto/stablecoins).

6. Storage and Insurance

Casks are stored in HMRC bonded warehouses. Insurance and storage fees are payable annually unless otherwise stated in the listing.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
