By accessing or using DramX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

DramX provides a marketplace for the acquisition and trading of whisky casks. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts & KYC

Users must register and provide accurate information. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required for certain transaction thresholds.

4. Disclaimer

dramXchange is a marketplace for buying and selling whisky casks. We do not provide financial advice, and cask purchases should not be treated as financial investments. The value of whisky casks can go up or down, and liquidity is not guaranteed. Past sale prices are not indicative of future values.

5. Fees and Payments

We charge transaction fees on sales. All payments are processed securely via Stripe (fiat) or Thirdweb (crypto/stablecoins).

6. Storage and Insurance

Casks are stored in HMRC bonded warehouses. Insurance and storage fees are payable annually unless otherwise stated in the listing.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
